SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Consent & Opt-In

When you provide your phone number while booking an appointment at chiroshack.com/schedule or creating a patient account at chiroshack.com/account/register, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Chiro Shack. Consent disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number field on each of these pages.

By entering your phone number on these pages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Chiro Shack at the number provided.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to receive chiropractic care from Chiro Shack.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• New patient intake form links
• Post-visit follow-ups
• Care-related notifications from your provider

We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

3. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per month. Actual frequency depends on your appointment schedule and care activity. Most patients receive 2–4 messages per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Chiro Shack does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via standard SMS and should be supported by all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
