You sponsor a group of participants — most commonly employees, but it can include anyone you want to cover (family of an owner, a board member, a close associate). They get member-rate visits at any of our shacks, no copays, no deductibles, no insurance hassle.

The pricing is flat and predictable: a monthly contract fee plus typically $10/month per active participant. Waived entirely if you host one of our shacks. You manage the roster from a dedicated business portal; we handle every patient touchpoint from there.

Privacy by Design

You see who's on the roster and whether they've claimed it. You don't see appointment history, intake answers, or any clinical detail. The benefit is yours to give; the care stays between the participant and their provider.

Participants Can Add Family

On their own dime — $10/mo per family member, billed to their card, not yours. Doubles the perceived value of the benefit without doubling your cost. They handle it from their own portal; nothing for you to manage.

Beyond Just Employees

Most groups sponsor their employees, but you can also bring on a family member of an owner, a board member, a long-term contractor — anyone you want to take care of. We don't ask for HR docs; we trust your judgement on who belongs on the roster.

We Talk

A quick call or email. You tell us roughly how many people, what kind of relationship you want, and any specifics about your team. We answer questions about scope and pricing.

We Set Up Your Group

We create your group on our side, set the contract terms, and email you (or whoever you designate) an invite to your manager portal. Takes us about 10 minutes.

You Invite Your People

Sign in, add participants by name and email. Each one gets an invite to set up their patient portal. They book their own visits from there. You sit back and enjoy the perk.

Common Questions

What does it cost?

A flat monthly contract fee (we agree on it during the conversation — depends on size and terms) plus typically $10/month per active participant. If you host one of our Chiro Shacks on your property, the per-participant fee is usually waived as part of your hosting agreement — your team gets care at no per-head cost.

Do my participants pay anything?

Nothing for the benefit itself — that's covered by the group plan. They get member-rate visits at $22 each. The visit cost is theirs (just like a copay), but at the discounted rate. Optionally they can extend coverage to their own spouse or family member at $10/month per partner, billed to their card, not yours.

How does it compare to traditional health-insurance riders?

Different model. We don't go through insurance at all — that's how we keep prices flat. Your participants get a member-rate visit straight from us; no claims, no denials, no deductibles. The flat-rate billing also means you can budget exactly without surprises. For most teams, the math works out cheaper than adding chiropractic to a benefits package the traditional way.

What if a participant leaves the company?

Open your manager portal, click Remove on their row. Their patient portal account stays intact (they can subscribe individually if they want to keep going), but they lose member-rate through your group immediately. The next monthly bill drops the per-participant fee for that person.

What if we want to end the group plan?

Just email us. Cancellation is admin-side so we can run the cascade cleanly. Every participant gets a 30-day grace period at member rate while they decide whether to subscribe individually — no abrupt surprises for your team. Their portal accounts stay intact.

Can someone other than me manage the roster?

Yes. We can invite additional managers from your company so you're not the bottleneck. Email us with their name + email. Every manager has the same access (add, remove, edit profile) — there's no read-only role yet.

Do you accept insurance through this benefit?

No — Chiro Shack is cash-only. That includes the group plan. We don't bill insurance, auto-accident claims, or workers' comp. The flat-rate model is what makes the per-visit pricing as low as it is. Your participants get a superbill if they want to submit to their own insurance for possible reimbursement.

How does the participant experience differ from a regular Chiro Shack member?

It doesn't. They get the same patient portal, the same member-rate, the same access to all our shacks, the same booking flow. The only difference is the bill goes to your business instead of them.
