Common Questions

How much space does the Shack take up?

The clinic footprint is comparable to a large storage shed — roughly 12×24 feet. It's designed to slot neatly into one or two parking spaces without blocking traffic flow.

Do we need to run power or water to it?

No. The Shack is fully off-grid capable. The only thing we ask for is occasional access to a public or employee restroom on your property.

What if it's not working out?

Either party can give 90 days' courtesy notice — no penalties, no drama. The Shack is mobile and can be relocated without leaving a trace.

Is there any liability for us?

We carry full commercial liability insurance and list your business as an additional insured. You're covered. We handle all patient-facing compliance, licensing, and HIPAA requirements.

What kind of businesses is this a good fit for?

Any business with a surface parking lot and a restroom nearby. We've found the best fit with gyms, auto shops, home improvement stores, garden centers, and neighborhood retail — places where community members already go regularly.

How does the employee membership work?

Your team can opt into our Aperta Health membership program for as low as $19/month — the same rate as the general public. Depending on the size of your team, we're open to discussing group rates as part of the lease.
